Milling the grain like those of our grandparents' generation did a century ago. A truly special experience once a week at the mill immediately in front of the 4*s Rainer Hotel.

 

 

Before going to ruin, the fully functioning mill was taken apart in 1992 in the native place of Mrs Rainer in Kartitsch/East Tyrol, and faithfully reconstructed on the land of our resort. We use it not only to mill the grain but also to bake the Rainer home-made bread.

Furthermore, we naturally always offer a typical Tyrolean "snack" of speck ham, cheese and a glass of fine red wine. A fun afternoon in good company not to be missed!
