Why does this mean so much to us? Our daughter Sofia has coeliac disease. That means we know firsthand how important it is to avoid even the smallest trace of gluten and to prepare dishes with the utmost care. Over the years, thanks to Sofia, we’ve learned how to create varied, tasty gluten-free meals the whole family can enjoy.
