The Rainer family business first made its mark 40 years ago as a small B&B. The business can now claim to be a "world of family-oriented wellness". In addition to the main building, the 4-star Superior Rainer Hotel, there are three residences: “****Königswarte-Strata”, “***Alma” and “**Villa Rainer ” which make up the Rainer Family Resort.
The Rainer Family Resort owes much of its success to Agnes and Willi Rainer who continue to run the family business with great enthusiasm. A Rainer hotel without mother Agnes, the driving force behind the business, would be impossible to imagine. The couple are assisted by Josef (Joe), the eldest son, and his wife Verena (responsible for maintenance, ski lessons, front of house, reservations and guest services at the Rainer Hotel), and by their daughter Judith and her husband Christian Schwienbacher (responsible for service and purchasing, guided hikes, cross-country ski lessons, PR, accounting and marketing at the Königswarte Residence). Alex Rainer and his wife Barbara steer the fortunes of the "Villa Rainer" Residence. Christoph Rainer (Alma Residence), instead, is the person responsible for strategic decisions, while his wife Ulla Hell is a professional architect and the perfect project consultant.
Together, the family places the care of its young and adult guests first and foremost: with a warm welcome and a professional approach to ensure a peaceful and relaxing holiday above all else.
